Welcome to Tony Edge Fitness. When you sign-up for training whether its for in person session or remote training online, I will formulate a personalized workout regimen, a meal and supplement plan and provide you with the proper encouragement to reach and exceed your goals! Achieving fitness goals is about more than losing weight and toning your physique. It is about finding a good balance in life.

HEALTHY MEAL PLANNING
When you become a client you’ll receive a personalized meal plan based on your individual goals.
I’ll help you to stay motivated and focused on your goals with the proper mindset and coaching techniques.
ONE-ON-ONE, GROUP AND BOOTCAMP CLASSES AVAILABLE
You can choose from 1-on-1, 2-on-1 or small group sessions. I also offer bootcamp classes for groups and corporate clients.

I met Tony one and a half years ago and shared my struggles with weight gain. Tony gave me a specific diet and exercise plan and told me to stick with it. In 2013 my partner and I decided to embark on a new adventure by changing our eating and exercise habits. We didn’t know much at all about what to do until we were blessed to meet Tony. He taught us not only how to exercise and eat, but that the mind is powerful. We learned that dieting is not the same thing as eating healthy. Its a lifestyle adjustment that enriches us emotionally as well as improving our physical health. In four short months, I lost 55 pounds and I feel great!
